90% Calcium carbonate Filler Masterbatch for plastic

CaCO3 Filler Masterbatch is kind of high dispersibility and stability of additive for polyolefin resin which protects machine's precision. Reducing the cost of the finished product. Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, non-toxic and tasteless.

FM125 CaCO3 masterbatch containing about 70% calcium carbonate, can widely used in noble tableware, disposable tableware (dishes, glasses, fork, knifes, cups, lunch-box, etc) injection molding, extrusion, piping, sheet, blow molding blown film and laminated products.

It is specifically designed for HDPE film, LDPE film, PE pipes, PP sheet/board and injection molding products, it can greatly reduce the product cost and has little effect on the transparency and other performance of the final products. The product made with it is just looks as same as that with pure resin.
