Calcium carbonate Filler Masterbatch is made with the PE carrier and calcium carbonate (CaCO3), its main function is to replace partial Plastic Material to reduce the material cost, but will not affect the end-products'performance.The Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch contents the calcium carbonate as high as 70%, so its cost is much lower than plastic raw material. Depends on the different materials and physical performance requirements, the calcium carbonate filler masterbatch dosage could be as high as 10-25%.
