Product Description
Monascus Yellow is yellow to yellow-brown powder, block, paste or liquid, with a slight characteristic odor, soluble in water. Monascus Yellow Pigment is relatively stable under acidic conditions, and the yellow color is brighter. As the pH decreases, the yellow color tends to be brighter. The color changes under moderate and alkaline conditions and gradually turns Red.
Based on Monascus red fermentation, Monascus Yellow Powder is produced by sulfonation treatment and drying. As a yellow coloring agent, Monascus Yellow colorant is broadly used in food factory to improve the quality and color of food. A bit of Monascus Yellow can make the product more delicious.

Applications
Cooked meat products (such as salty chicken), bakery, candy, confectionary, beverage, protein drinks, carbonated drinks, flavor drinks, solid beverage, dispensing wine, jelly, marinated egg etc.
Usage:
1.Dissolve product directly with water or alcohol, then add it directly to the ingredients, mix and use it evenly.
2.The amount can be determined according the required hue. The recommended dosage is 0.5 ‰ ~ 1 ‰.
