The polymer is usually an insulator with a surface resistance of 1012 Ω Above, the surface resistance of antistatic packaging material is 107-1011 Ω。 This product is an additive high-efficiency antistatic masterbatch for polyolefin plastics, which is composed of carrier, antistatic agent and other additives. The product added into the plastic can avoid the static electricity caused by the insulation performance of the polymer itself, so that it can adapt to the packaging requirements of IT products and the production of special antistatic products, and has a good effect on the surface dust prevention of products. This product has good antistatic effect, long-lasting efficiency, good dispersibility, small dosage, and does not contain any toxic substances.
Features:
This masterbatch is made of antistatic agent, imported auxiliary agent and carrier resin, after mixing and granulating, it has good compatibility with resin, its dispersion and weather resistance are excellent, and the masterbatch is light Yellow 3～3 × 3～5mm cylindrical particles, the melt flow rate range is 5～15(g/10min).
